FAQ
What outfit should I wear?
I recommend you choose an outfit you feel comfortable in. Wear a color that complements your family's wardrobe, if applicable. I recommend that amongst all of you, limit outfit colors to 1 stand-out color per person (e.g. bright blue blouse combined with white pants). All other parts of the outfit are neutral in color such as grey, black, white or denim.
You may choose bright colors on cloudy days. Bring different options the day of so we can decide what works best with the setting and light.
How do I pay for my photo session?
You can pay via personal check, Venmo or cash. I take a 50% deposit when you schedule your photo session. The remaining 50% are due at the end of your session. You can order additional images for an extra fee after purchasing your package. A NC 7% sales tax is included in all my prices.
Do you charge travel fees?
Fees for me to travel to your location are generally included in the overall package price as long as my travel distance from downtown La Grange, IL doesn't exceed 15 miles roundtrip. For anything beyond that, an additional fee will apply, which I will discuss with you prior to booking.
How will I get my digital images?
You receive your digital images as part of your photo package. These images are for social media use only. Upon full payment of your session, I will send you an email with a link to your personal picture gallery. You can download your digital images directly to your computer. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your pictures.
Can I order prints of my digital images?
You can order prints through your personal gallery after you purchased your digital images.
Can I post my images on social media?
I love to see my clients' pictures on social media. If you'd like to give credit for the pictures, you can tag @mscucalonphotography on Instagram or MsCucalon Photography on Facebook.
What if I want more pictures than those that come included in the package?
You can order additional pictures at an additional cost once you purchased your package.
